I've decided that I am going to go to sleep when there's still light out, and wake up when it's light out. This week, I'm done with being the nocturnal creature walking around late at night. For a few days at least, I shall live in the daylight.
I love "tickling the ivories"! I've been going to extra piano classes to make up the days when I didn't go, and my fingers feel all tired and springy and happy. I'm learning a whole new skill, and it's a good feeling how things are coming together and my hands learn new, more difficult pieces faster and faster.
I've been feeling nostalgic lately for my Rocky Horror days- good ol' Frankie. The whole Rocky philosophy was very influencial for me during those teenage years when I was seriously growing away from my conservative family beliefs to my own, much much more open-minded ones. And I loved Frankie. I also have the urge to watch Labyrinth once again.
My grandma called early this morning (graciously keeping me from oversleeping and missing the 1st class o' the day). She chattered on about what my shar-pei, Jasmine, has been up to. Now I miss my doggy! I can almost feel her soft fur, her wiggly body, big dry nose. I think... you know what I'm gonna *try* and do? Maybe tomorrow? I will see about scanning some pictures and posting 'em here. Though, will they show up here if I don't have them already posted somewhere on the web?
I should really call some friends. Yep. Should.
Oo, mah show is on! Yay internet radio! Yay Christian and Vince!
