So. In 13 days, I am leaving. Going to be working in Kachemak Bay State Park. Alaska. Umyeah.

So. People. Burly outdoorsy people. Alaska. Talking to each other. So. And I will be talking. To people. Burly outdoorsy people. Sharing groceries.

O=O <---I got new glasses. They are plastic amber funky emo-type glasses. It's weird how people approach me a completely different way. Because of my new glasses. Suddenly I am not that suspicious loner in the wire rims sitting in the back of the bus. I am now that intelligent hipster in the plastic amber emo-type glasses abstaining from bus weirdness in the back of the bus. I probably ride the bus because I am environmentally-conscious and/or a college student. People compliment my hair more. People talk to me expecting clever responses. How weird. And because of their expectations, it's easier for me to speak as such.

I am almost done shopping for my gear. I bought my plane ticket from Expedia. Ordered my backpack (here it is) and my sleeping bag (here it is). Got an excellent deal on a very good pair of hiking boots, and an excellent deal on a tent (here it is), although it might be too heavy. Got a ton of great clothes at Goodwill. Etc.

Eh... I'm done typing for now.

Haha. Some kids just ran by outside Aunt G.'s cubicle and pulled her musical accordion thingy. So now I have to listen to that tinny lullaby song.

I took a quiz the night before last, "Which The Last Unicorn Character Are You?". I was Lady Amalthea or whatever, forgot to paste the code in here. God I love that movie. Sis and I used to watch it all the time as little chilluns. That red bull... woo. Scary. And those unicorns caught in the surf of the sea. OOOH! That reminds me!
