God dammit. I accidentally left a candle burning in my room last night because I slept upstairs. Grandma and Grandpa kept bugging me this morning before going to church that it smelled like something was burning, but I just said it was the incense I burned last night. Later. I go down to my room. There is a giant trail of dried wax going all down my dresser and splattering onto the carpeted floor. On top of the dresser. There is a giant black spot where the dresser was burnt, along with the macrame cover, and a pile of ashes where all 30 or so sticks of incense had burned. There is a giant black spot above the dresser where the ceiling slants down.

The house could have caught fire. My fault.

I'm in deep shit.
