atotalblamblamSometimes I hate lj so fucking much I almost explode. I just stayed up till 2:45 a.m. typing a long, long entry and hit 'update' and FUCKING LJ replied, "Invalid syntax error. Go fuck yourself." I HAVE LOST TOO MANY ENTRIES BECAUSE FUCKING LJ IS TOO FUCKING BUGGY OR TRAFFICKED OR WHAT THE FUCK EVER.
I'm so mad at lj right now, it cannot even be conveyed. Just. *HATEHATEHATE* to lj. *deep breaths*

being_homeless. Start at her very first entry and read on. Blah blah blah, homelessness sucks, blah blah blah anyone can become homeless, blah blah blah way more people have been homeless at sometime or other than you think. My mom has been homeless off and on for over two decades because of mental illness. I was homeless when I was very little, and so was my sister. One of the comments someone left on being_homeless's journal struck me. It went something like, "People don't seem to realize that homelessness is not just some punishment for alcoholics and addicts. Homelessness is the result of our government's failure to take care of its own citizens." Many college dropouts and even students have become homeless because of high unemployment and mounting debts.

You know what--it's too late to do this. I've got to get up tomorrow and find work shoes and go to work. I'll finish this entry tomorrow.
Outline so I'll remember everything:
Complain about new job, chastise self for complaining.
Working abroad--pay ahead loans, long season working in us, then au pair, wwoof, bunac. What happens after. What I've learned about how to go to college. Talk about meat resolution, the meatrix.
