Last Round of Norway Pictures

atotalblamblamAnd finally, my favorite place in Orsta to run away to: Vallasetra.
On the road to Vallasetra.
This shows where Vallestra is in relation to A-M's house. I got the original picture from the awesome website http://www.voldaveiret.no.
Food storage shed on an old farm on the road to Vallasetra.
We are now in Vallasetra. I didn't do a thing to this picture except resize it. This is just the magic of Vallasetra.
Trees.
The first wood creature I found. They are perching and crouching in surprising places all around the area. Some are especially fantastic, made from twisted branches and tree knots, with randomly placed marble eyes of all colors. I think the caretaker of Vallasetra makes them.
On the trail, in the shadow of the mountains, looking up.
Sometime in early April? there was an avalanche right alongside the trail.

I probably won't post again before I leave for the sanctuary, so bye.
